This was created with Trapcode Particular in After Effects.Technique was to trace the particle emitter around my logo and reverse the whole effect.

I did the same but the lines are not straight and therefore they are deformed

it is really nice, I would like to use this effect for my company logo, Can we download it and then replace our logo or not.

No.This is not a template and it requires some editing to make it work with a different logo.
